Customer Service Representative

We’re an ecommerce brand hiring a reliable virtual assistant to monitor and respond to customer service messages on TikTok Shop.

Pay: $3/hour – paid daily, even if there are no messages

Time: 1 hour per day, every day (7 days a week)

Workload: Most days will have no messages, but you must log in and check the inbox once per day

Important: TikTok penalizes sellers if customer messages are not answered within 24 hours – daily inbox checks are required with no missed days

Responsibilities: Respond to any customer messages within 24 hours

Requirements: Strong English, consistent internet, and the ability to check and respond once a day, every day
