NT Development Group is looking for a highly capable and analytical Digital Marketing Analyst to join our team. This is a full-time, remote role with working hours aligned to Australian time zones.
The successful candidate will have hands-on experience managing Facebook ad campaigns, interpreting web performance data using Google Analytics, and building insightful dashboards in Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio). You will support our internal marketing initiatives and those of our business partners.
Responsibilities
• Set up, monitor, and ---------- paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
• Analyse traffic and performance data using Google Analytics and other relevant tools
• Create and maintain marketing performance dashboards in Looker Studio
• Provide regular reports and insights to guide marketing strategy and improve ROI
• Collaborate with the marketing, design, and executive teams to support ongoing campaigns
• Ensure all tracking and tagging is implemented correctly across digital assets
Requirements
• Proven experience with Facebook Business Manager and ad campaign optimisation
• Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4 preferred) and tracking configurations
• Solid experience building reports and dashboards in Looker Studio
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Must be available to work Australian hours (typically 9.00 am to 5.00 pm AEST, Monday to Friday)
Preferred Experience
• Google Tag Manager experience
• Familiarity with eCommerce analytics and conversion tracking
• Exposure to other platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or TikTok Ads is a bonus
