We’re Hiring: AWS Engineer / Programmer (Full-Time, On-Site – Makati)

Join our dynamic FinTech startup that’s building the future of smart card issuance systems powered by secure AWS cloud infrastructure. We're looking for full-time AWS engineers/programmers who are ready to get hands-on with real-world systems that serve the transportation and payments industry.

This is perfect for someone who wants to grow with a fast-moving tech company, work closely with the founding team, and help launch products designed for scale in the Philippines markets.

Your Role:

Design, implement, and manage AWS-based backend infrastructure

Write and maintain robust, scalable code to support card issuance, transaction, and user systems

Collaborate with developers and management to ensure secure, efficient, and reliable system performance

Participate in the integration of chip card systems, secure key management, and real-time backend support

You Should Have:

Hands-on experience with AWS services like EC2, Lambda, IAM, RDS, CloudHSM, etc.

Strong programming skills (e.g., Python, Node.js, or Go)

Experience with system security, cloud architecture, and backend frameworks

A startup mindset: independent, problem-solver, and eager to build from the ground up

Bonus: Familiarity with smart card systems, transportation tech, or prepaid platforms
