Full time career opportunity – diverse B2B/B2C Sales & Marketing role in consumer products – growing responsibilities

A great long term career opportunity awaits a driven, agile, digital-savvy, hungry-to-learn individual who wants to take on growing responsibilities in sales and marketing for two exciting Australian consumer brands.
I own two established consumer brands (both have been around for over 50 years), historically operating in the wholesale space (800+ stockists). Over the last couple of years, the B2C channel has grown in importance and its simply too much workload for me to manage.

Your workload would consist of 2-3 hours per day of operational support (processing of orders, data entry, creating shipping labels) and the majority of the day would be digital support projects (eg editing product images in Canva, generating AI images for digital ads, managing & optimising google ads, updating online marketplace listings on eBay, Iconic, Faire, Fieldfolio, Fruugo, Amazon) as well as responding to social media posts and posting pro-actively on social media (less than 2 hours per week).

You already have experience in Digital Sales Support, consider yourself a fast learner and self-starter who is willing to take on additional responsibilities to support all sales activity through all our sales channels. You have a can-do attitude and are comfortable handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

Advanced Microsoft office experience is required, including having previously managed websites and online marketplaces such as eBay and Amazon. You have significant experience using Shopify and have a good working knowledge with Canva and AI image generation. You have capability to manage SEO and Google Ads, and have some marketplace experience such as maintaining product listings on Amazon. Any challenges you face that are not defined by our procedures, you are willing to research yourself (eg youtube videos) to figure out how to do something.

The role is fulltime with salary increases over time in line with increased responsibilities. Hours are Monday to Friday and we honor most Filipino holidays except for All Saints and All Souls Day. Once you complete your 6 months’ probation, you are eligible for a 13th month salary.
