Real Estate Virtual Assistant – Skip Tracing & Cold Calling

Overview:
We are a fast-growing commercial real estate investment and brokerage company seeking a proactive, detail-oriented VA to manage skip tracing and outbound cold calling. The ideal candidate has experience in real estate lead generation, strong English communication skills, and is comfortable making high-volume cold calls.

Responsibilities:

Skip trace property owners using online tools
Organize and manage owner contact data in our CRM or database system
Cold call property owners to ask if they are open to selling
Handle basic objections and qualify seller motivation
Schedule follow-up calls or appointments for senior agents
Take detailed call notes and update lead status in real time
Follow a call script and continuously improve based on results

Requirements:
Proven experience with real estate cold calling and skip tracing
Clear, fluent English with minimal accent
Comfortable making 100+ calls/day
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Reliable internet connection and headset

Preferred:
Familiarity with U.S. real estate markets
