Mission

We’re looking for a skilled GHL tech and funnel builder to join our team. You’ll take funnel outlines and campaign logic and turn them into live marketing machines: opt-in pages, automations, calendars, forms, tagging, follow-up, and more. You must be highly detail-oriented, love Zapier, and build FAST. We provide the strategy—you bring it to life.

Responsibilities

- Build, launch, and maintain GoHighLevel funnels, opt-in forms, and booking flows
- Set up and maintain automated workflows for lead nurturing, appointment reminders, and internal follow-ups
- Tag contacts, trigger rules, and create structured CRM automation
- Manage Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads accounts for multiple campaigns
- Write and launch Facebook and Google ad creatives from scratch, including compelling headlines, descriptions, and CTAs
- Design or repurpose ad creatives using Canva or similar tools to support campaign performance
- Work collaboratively with leadership to brainstorm hooks, angles, and offers based on performance insights
- Set up proper pixel tracking, conversion APIs, and event tracking via WhatConverts or equivalent
- Configure and audit reports in Agency Analytics for consistent ad and funnel performance insights
- Integrate data across tools using Zapier or Make (e.g., leads to CRM, event-based notifications, UTM tagging)
- Troubleshoot CRM errors, workflow bugs, or tracking issues quickly and thoroughly
- Run A/B split tests on landing pages, booking flows, and ad creatives
- Maintain accurate documentation and Loom SOPs for every system or automation built

Tools You Must Know

- GoHighLevel (CRM, automations, sites/funnels, triggers, tags, calendars)
- Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads – including pixel setup and custom conversion tracking
- WhatConverts – lead attribution tracking across calls, forms, and ads
- Agency Analytics – build and maintain performance dashboards
- Zapier or Make – multi-step workflows, data routing, and automation logic
- WordPress, ClickFunnels, or GHL for funnel builds
- Google Sheets, Loom, Slack – documentation and team communication

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- New funnel or automation systems launched within 72 hours of receiving requirements
- CRM and ad systems operate with 98%+ uptime and minimal bugs
- Accurate conversion tracking in Google and Facebook Ads (linked to WhatConverts)
- Ad attribution reporting updated weekly in Analytics
- Funnel page load speeds average under 2.5 seconds

You Might Be a Fit If You:

- Are certified in both Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads
- Have launched and managed $10K+ monthly ad budgets with strong ROI
- Understand ad tracking from click to lead to booking, and how to debug attribution gaps
- Are skilled in automating and documenting marketing workflows
- Can identify and fix tracking issues across CRM, web forms, and ad platforms
- Are detail-obsessed, fast to execute, and resourceful in solving tech challenges
- Thrive working remotely with high autonomy and clear priorities

Pay and Hours

- Starting at 20 hours/week, with the potential to scale up
- Pay range: $10–$15/hour (based on experience, certifications, and speed of implementation)
- Flexible work hours with a minimum of 2–3 hours/day overlap with EST

How to Apply

Please apply with the following:
1. Your resume or portfolio highlighting CRM automations and ad accounts you’ve managed

2. Links or screenshots of dashboards you’ve built (GHL, WhatConverts, Analytics, or Zapier)
