???? Role Overview: B2B SDR/BDR for Temporary Housing
Primary Mission
Generate warm leads of relocation specialists (individual adjusters, placement agents, or claims coordinators) from companies like ALE, CRS, Alacrity, Sedgwick, etc. — and feed them directly to your placement agents for follow-up and placement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research & Scrape Leads: Identify relocation specialists by title, company, and region via LinkedIn, vendor databases, Clay,
- Initial Outreach: Send outbound
- Pipeline Tracking: Log all outreach and replies in a CRM or tracker (Airtable/Notion/HubSpot).
- Warm Handoff: Book meetings or introductions between warm relocation specialists and your placement agents.

- Background: B2B cold outreach, ideally in insurance services, real estate tech, staffing, or vendor sales.
- Tools Fluency: Comfortable with
- Mindset: Persistent, metrics-driven, excellent written and verbal communicator.
???? Comp Structure Recommendation
- Hourly Base: $6–$12/hour depending on region and experience
- Bonus/Commission: $25–$50 per warm verified contact that leads to a real on-demand request
KPIs:
- 10-20 warm leads/month
- At least 2 relocation specialists onboarded/month
