We are seeking a highly experienced and professional Appointment Setter to join our team on a full-time, remote basis.

This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a proven ability to engage prospects over calls, qualify leads effectively, and schedule appointments directly in alignment with business goals.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in appointment setting via calls, demonstrate excellent communication skills with a native or near-native American English accent, and be available to work US business hours.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in a professional and courteous manner.
Qualify leads and schedule or confirm appointments directly in the calendar.
Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and ensure attendance.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all outreach activities and outcomes.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to optimize outreach strategies and results.

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an Appointment Setter.
Exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear, professional American English accent.
Strong interpersonal and rapport-building skills.
Ability to work independently, meet KPIs, and manage time effectively.
Availability to work during standard US business hours.
Proficient with CRM tools and basic productivity software.
