We're looking for a talented and reliable Virtual Assistant / Video Editor to help grow our personal brand in the coaching, retreat, and lifestyle space.

You’ll transform short videos into engaging Instagram Reels (with captions, trending music, and smart cuts), help organize content, and possibly assist with scheduling.

? Requirements:
Proven experience editing Reels for personal brands, especially in coaching, wellness, or lifestyle
Skilled in adding captions, music, and fast cuts (CapCut, InShot, or similar tools)
Ability to write short hook captions/overlays based on my tips and brand voice
Aesthetic aligned with feminine, soulful, and business-savvy branding
Comfortable sourcing content from Google Photos and delivering via Google Drive
Fluent English and strong communication
Bonus: Familiarity with Canva or Meta Business Suite

6–12 edited Reels/month
Repurposed quote graphics / carousels (optional)
Short hook captions based on samples and prompts
Weekly batch-ready content, organized for review
(Optional) Support with scheduling (no direct posting unless trust is established)
