Associate Project Manager (PPC)

We are a fast-growing company based in Singapore, focused on expanding our presence in the Amazon FBA space. Currently active in the US and UK markets, we are looking for an Associate Project Manager (APM) to support our Project Manager in day to day running of the company. Job scope leans towards Amazon PPC activities but will involve all Amazon related activities.

We're seeking candidates with Amazon FBA experience who are capable of managing the tasks outlined below without the need for basic training. Additionally, candidates should be open to working on non-Amazon-specific tasks as we aim to cultivate leadership within our team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Report directly to our Project Manager and support in day to day running of our business
- Maintain PPC operations using our PPC Playbook
- Responsible for PPC growth projects and present in weekly meetings to present results and commitments
- Manage projects: plan, break down projects into actionable tasks with timelines, and track progress using Gantt charts and Trello.
- Create, implement and manage PPC rules in Scale Insights.
- Create, document, and organize business processes and SOPs in Google Docs and/or Slack
- Create and document product specifications.
- Conduct product research & validation.
- Write product listings.
- Update and monitor inventory levels
- Communicate with suppliers, coordinate samples, and manage pre-shipment inspections.
- Oversee product packaging, design, photography, and videography.
- Generate FNSKU barcodes, shipping plans, and carton labels.

Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge in Amazon PPC is a must
- Strong knowledge in all Amazon related operations & tasks
- Familiar with Scale Insights is a plus point
- Proficiency in product research and management.
- Strong Project Management skills

Required Tools & Experience:
- Amazon Seller Central
- Helium 10
- Scale Insights
- Communication Tools: Slack, Email, Wechat, Whatsapp
- Stable internet connection

Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of Amazon FBA experience
- Prior experience in environments with documented business processes is preferred.
- Ability to create reports and communicate data insights.
- Strong understanding of strategy and operations.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to new requirements and changing situations.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Prior experience in an Amazon agency is a plus.

Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 10 am - 6 pm
- Friday: 10 am - 5 pm

Work Expectations:
- Use of Timeproof software for tracking work hours.
- Daily start-of-day check-ins
- Prepare for weekly Friday meetings, present results and align on commitments. Be comfortable on video meetings.
- Available on Slack, Email, WhatsApp and WeChat

Compensation & Benefits:
- $650/month
- Project targets tied bonuses
- 14 days of annual leave.
