Must be Registered Nurse
Have at least 6-months experience in industrial setting
Must be knowledgeable in processing and implementing Health Insurance (HMO), Life & Accident Insurance, DOLE Occupational Safety and Health Compliance and Company and Government Mandatory Benefits.
Be result-oriented, and willing to stretch to accomplish goals and make things happen
Be highly analytical, dynamic and intuitive
Be excellent in oral and written communication skills
Be flexible in dealing with any level of the organization
Be proficient in MS Office – Word, Powerpoint and especially in Excel
Have a good moral character
