Coop Manager

Job description

Handles overall management of staff, customers, budget, asset, and other company resources to create maximum value for stakeholders.
Directs capital planning and budgeting activities.
Works with the Chairman of the Board in the implementation of company policies, procedures and set standards.
Maintains existing clients and creates new business opportunities for the company.
Proactive toward external factors that affect company operations.Improves marketing strategy to achieve 100% employee membership.
Oversees functions namely operations, finance and accounting, marketing and product development.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance or Economics
At least 5-years experience in cooperative management and a proven track record of successfully overseeing operations.
Good written and oral communication skills
Keen to details, result oriented and solution driven
Strong analytical and financial skills
Excellent customer service orientation.
Position will be based at the Corporate Head Office of TSPI located at Guadalupe Nuevo, Makati City
