Need a Portuguese speaking person for link building project

I need a Portuguese speaking person which helps me to find Portugues blogs from Portugal (not Brazilian blogs) which are willing to publish articles for a link building project.
We prefer people with basic SEO skills which are able to recognize if a blog is interesting or not for link building SEO.
We'll pay a fixed price of $5,00 for each article that will be correctly published.

DETAILS OF CAMPAIGN
- We're going to promote an e-shop of vitamin supplements
- We need to find several blogs available to publish an article about the theme vitamin supplements

BLOG REQUIREMENTS
- Blogs about gym and training are good
- Wellness blog are good
- Health blog are good
- Sport blog are fine too (not blogs about only football)
- Multi-sector blogs with wellness, health or gym sections are fine.
- All blogs must have published a new article at least during last month
- All blogs must have original contents and to be real, we're not looking for blogs who only host guest posts
- Blogs must be from Portugal (not Brazil)

THE CANDIDATE MUST:
- Search the blogs and to contact them
- Negotiate a price
- Ensure that the blog publish the article and send us the url

IMPORTANT NOTE: only processes that are completed will be paid. Weekly or monthly you will be paid according to the number of article you're able to publish.
