DelGate Logistics is a rapidly growing Canadian 3PL company specializing in warehousing, fulfillment, and last-mile delivery services for large and bulky products. We are expanding our international remote team and are looking for a skilled Dispatcher / Customer Onboarding Specialist to support our operations and clients.

Position Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced logistics dispatcher with strong knowledge of WMS and TMS systems. This role includes coordinating daily dispatches and supporting new clients with onboarding and training, particularly with our Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule freight dispatches for local and national deliveries

Serve as the liaison between clients, drivers, and warehouse teams

Onboard and train new clients on our WMS platform

Monitor orders and shipment statuses through WMS and TMS platforms

Provide ongoing client support related to system usage and order management

Troubleshoot delivery and system-related issues

Help optimize onboarding workflows and documentation

Requirements:

2+ years of logistics dispatching experience

Experience working with WMS and TMS platforms

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to explain technical systems to clients

Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Available to work during Canadian business hours
