Appointment setters required Real Estate – Work from Home | Commission-Based

Previous Sales Experience required
Working Hours: Flexibility between 8AM- 7PM AEST( 4-8 HOURS)
Earning Potential: AUD $150K OTE

We’re looking for motivated and experienced Tele-callers to join our growing team! This is a commission-only role ideal for confident speakers who enjoy making phone calls and want to earn from the comfort of their home.


What You’ll Do:
• Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads (all leads provided)
• Promote products/services and schedule appointments
• Record call outcomes and maintain customer info
• Follow up with interested leads
• Must be able to maintain a high volume of outbound calls and hit KPIs
• Continuously ensure set targets and KPIs are achieved

• Good internet connection
• A quiet, dedicated workspace (no background noise during calls)
• A computer or laptop with basic knowledge of using CRMs (training provided)
• Clear and friendly communication skills
• Confidence speaking over the phone
• Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus
• Motivation to earn based on performance
