Role Overview
We are seeking a tech-savvy, detail-oriented Marketing Automations VA to manage and optimise our marketing workflows. Your primary responsibilities will include building chatbot flows, setting up automations across platforms using Zapier, and supporting lead generation and communication through Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities
• Build and manage conversational flows in ---------- for Facebook and Instagram
• Set up Zapier automations to connect tools such as ManyChat, Kajabi, and email platforms
• Design and optimise automation funnels for lead generation and customer nurturing
• Integrate Messenger flows with social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube)
• Track campaign performance and recommend improvements
• Schedule and automate content-related workflows (e.g. post triggers, comment keywords, follow-ups)
• Maintain accurate documentation of workflows, integrations, and campaigns

Required Skills & Tools
• Solid experience using ManyChat (chatbots, flows, triggers)
• Proficiency in Zapier (setting up multi-step automations and conditional logic)
• Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube for business/marketing purposes
• Ability to support and integrate automation strategies across multiple platforms
• Understanding of lead magnets, DM-based lead capture, and list-building techniques
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and independent
• Reliable internet connection and ability to meet deadlines without reminders

Work Schedule
Flexible part-time (10 hours/week) – Must be responsive during agreed working hours.

Trial Period
The role begins with a 2-week paid trial period (up to 10 hours/week) to evaluate performance, reliability, and alignment with our systems and expectations. Upon successful completion, ongoing hours and responsibilities will be confirmed.
