Architect / Draughtsman – Re-draw & Update House Plans

Job Description:
We are seeking a capable assistant or freelance CAD technician or draughtsman to help prepare updated planning drawings for a UK residential property.

We already have approved architectural plans from 2015. These now need to be:
• Re-drawn digitally (floor plans and elevations)
• Updated to include a small conservatory built at the front/side (dimensions and photos will be provided)

The updated drawings will be used to submit a retrospective householder planning application to the local authority.

Tasks Include:
• Re-draw floor plans and elevations from scanned 2015 documents
• Add the new conservatory structure to the appropriate plans
• Ensure all drawings are clearly labelled, dimensioned, and to scale
• Export in PDF format, ready for upload to the Planning Portal
