Virtual Assistant (Short-Term Rental Management) – UK Hours

Position: Virtual Assistant
Location: Remote (Philippines)
Hours: Minimum 3 days per week (Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays), 8 AM - 4 PM UK time (17:00 - 01:00 PH time), with potential for additional days.

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to help manage our portfolio of 20+ short-term rental properties across Airbnb and similar platforms. The ideal candidate must be reliable, have excellent written and spoken English communication skills, and be able to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guest Communication: Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, booking requests, and issues via messaging platforms, email, and phone.
• Operations Coordination: Liaise with housekeepers, maintenance staff, and other team members to ensure smooth property management.
• Remote Monitoring: Use apps to check heating, locks, and other smart home features to ensure properties are functioning properly.
• Guidebook Creation: Write and update digital guidebooks for each property with check-in instructions, house rules, and local recommendations.
• Issue Resolution: Handle guest complaints and troubleshoot any problems efficiently.
• Backoffice tasks – Documentation, and tools like Excel/Google Sheets
• Social Media & Graphic Design (Optional): Assist with creating content, posts, and promotional materials for social media platforms.
Requirements:
• Laptop or workstation with a stable internet connection.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or property management is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Tech-savvy—comfortable using property management software, remote monitoring apps, and communication tools.
• Some experience with graphic design (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) is a plus.
