JOB OVERVIEW

Hi! I’m looking for a talented content writer who can take my spoken thoughts and notes (usually in transcript or bullet form) and turn them into well-organized, engaging credit card reviews in my voice.

You don’t need to be an expert in points and miles, but you should be good at taking complex information and making it sound simple and natural—like how you’d explain something to a friend.

These credit card reviews will be published on my website, so they need to be clear, well-structured, and written in a tone that matches how I speak (I’ll provide plenty of examples to help you learn this).

Responsibilities:
• Take transcripts and rough notes and turn them into polished credit card review articles
• Organize scattered thoughts into clear sections (like benefits, downsides, point values, who this card is for, etc.)
• Write in a casual, conversational voice (not robotic or overly formal)
• Occasionally do basic research to fact-check or clarify information
• Work with me to revise drafts if needed

Requirements:
• Strong written English and grammar
• Ability to write in a casual, engaging tone (bonus if you can match someone’s voice)
• Great at organizing information and structuring content clearly
• Detail-oriented and can follow instructions
• Reliable with deadlines

Bonus Points If You Have:
• Experience writing about credit cards, personal finance, or travel
• Familiarity with terms like points, miles, welcome bonuses, and transfer partners
• Experience working with transcripts or turning rough ideas into polished articles

How to Apply:
1. Send a short intro about yourself (bonus if you mention any experience with credit cards or travel writing).
2. Include 1–2 writing samples (if you have anything similar to credit card or product reviews, even better)
3. To be considered for the role, please tell me your favorite month of the year and why.

I'm looking forward to working with someone long-term who enjoys writing and is curious about credit card points and travel.
