Virtual Assistant — eBay to Amazon Online Arbitrage & Seller Central Operations
About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Virtual Assistant to join our Amazon business, specializing in sourcing profitable products from eBay to resell on Amazon. You will also assist with day-to-day operations within Amazon Seller Central. This is a fast-paced role with significant growth opportunities, including the chance to manage and lead a team of Virtual Assistants in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and source profitable products from eBay for resale on Amazon


Analyze product data, pricing, competition, and ROI


Purchase products and track orders for timely delivery


Manage product listings and inventory in Amazon Seller Central


Assist with pricing updates, catalog maintenance, and promotions


Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and guidelines


Perform general administrative tasks related to Seller Central


Maintain high attention to detail in all processes and documentation


Provide regular reports on sourcing and operational activities


Requirements:
Proven experience working within Amazon Seller Central


Previous experience sourcing/purchasing products from eBay to Amazon (online arbitrage)


Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established sourcing criteria


Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment


Excellent written and spoken English


Reliable internet connection and familiarity with productivity tools (Google Sheets, Slack, etc.)


Interest in progressing to a leadership role, managing a team of VAs in the future
