Customer Support VA for E-commerce Store

We are looking for a reliable and professional Customer Support Virtual Assistant to handle inquiries and support requests for our e-commerce store.

Responding to customer emails and chat messages

Escalating issues to management when necessary
Maintaining excellent customer satisfaction
Requirements:

Excellent written English communication skills
Experience with customer service or VA work is a plus
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is a bonus
Reliable internet connection
