Video Editor/Graphic Designer (short and long-form)

The Most Important Skills
* incredible video editing skills (short-form and long-form). I want significant past experience. You should be able to edit in various styles. You should be able to see any video online and be able to recreate it.
* great graphic design for social media/websites. If you see any static advertisement, you should be able to recreate it for our company.
* You should be excellent at remixing content. Oftentimes, you will have the same information and your job is to create designs and videos to show the same information in different ways.
* I want you to just be an incredible designer and editor primarily for social media, but you won't be the manager. You will be the designer.
* Great communicator on the team. We focus heavily on over-communication so you should not be shy.
* Take initiative and constantly be looking for ways to improve what we do.
* Strong organizational skills.
* Pay very close attention to detail.
* Be excited to learn and grow. I spend a lot of money on courses for my employees.
* You should have very strong video editing and graphic design skills. I want you to be able to instantly join the team and start working once you learn about our product.
* You should be constantly working to improve your video editing and graphic designs skills (on your own time). It should be self-motivated.

Business Tasks (read carefully!)
* create short-form videos (shorts/reels/tiktoks) based on our video assests
* create long-form videos based on our video assests
* create engaging videos even with just stock images or mix them in
* create static advertisements
* create 100+ versions of the same video by changing the hooks/content/etc.
* you should know how to use adobe suite/capcut and other high level tools. DO NOT ONLY USE CANVA.
* educate and engage through your social media posts
* Data collection on your posts and be able to improve independently
* To be eligible, in your response, i want you to film a video introducing yourself. Discuss your past experience/companies/tasks and then talk about your video editing skills. I want to hear about the software you use and what motivates you. If you use AI, tell me where you use it and where you don't like to use it. Send me your best 3 videos from the past. Try to make sure they are different styles of videos. Also include some static posts you have made.
* Organize all of our content across platforms

This role will typically have hours from 7 am to 4 pm ET. Over time, you may have more flexibility.
