Customer Service Representative (CSR)

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you are the first point of contact for our customers. You respond to questions, resolve issues, and ensure every customer feels heard and supported. Your communication skills, customer focus, and problem-solving mindset are essential to creating a positive customer experience.

You’ll be working in a dynamic team where efficiency and customer satisfaction are key. To help you work more effectively, we provide ready-to-use communication templates for common questions and situations. These templates allow you to respond quickly and professionally, so you can focus your time and energy on more complex or personalized cases.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and/or chat

Use provided templates to respond quickly and consistently to frequent questions

Identify and report recurring issues or customer feedback to the team

Deliver a professional and friendly experience in every interaction

Collaborate with the team to improve customer service processes

Requirements:

Strong spoken and written English skills are a must — not just typing, but also confident and clear verbal communication

Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

Attention to detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure

Experience in customer service is a plus, but not required
