The Role
You’ll own the end-to-end email channel for Brandhorse and our roster of clients—planning, producing, testing, and iterating campaigns that move KPIs and tell powerful stories.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy: Map segmentation, lifecycle flows, and content calendars that ladder up to each client’s goals.

Execution: Build and deploy campaigns—from copy and design briefs through QA and send—across Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and more.

Optimization: Lead A/B and multivariate tests on subject lines, creative, send timing, and automations, then translate findings into clear next steps.

Analytics: Own reporting dashboards; present insights and recommendations to Brandhorse leadership and clients.

Collaboration: Partner with designers, copywriters, AI tools, and account leads to ensure every send looks, sounds, and performs on-brand.

Innovation: Stay ahead of privacy changes, deliverability shifts, and emerging martech; bring fresh ideas we haven’t tried (yet).

What You Bring:
• 3+ years running high-performing email programs (agency or multi-brand experience a big plus).
• Proven ability to turn brand positioning into persuasive email narratives.
• Fluency with at least two ESPs and comfort juggling multiple platforms.
• Sharp analytical mindset—turn numbers into stories and stories into next steps.
• Impeccable attention to detail; you sweat pre-header text and alt tags.
• Self-starter attitude with remote-team savvy.

• At least two concise case studies outlining objective, tactic, and measurable result.

• Experience weaving AI tools into email production workflows.
• Knowledge of deliverability best practices and inbox placement tools (Litmus, GlockApps, etc.).
