Email Designer + Email/Digital Marketer

Casa Ventura Creative Studio is hiring an Email Designer with a strong eye for layout, storytelling, and conversion. We work with mission-driven small businesses and creative entrepreneurs, and we’re looking for someone who can design and build beautiful, strategic emails that reflect each brand’s voice and drive real results.

The ideal candidate is fluent in both aesthetics and function—knowing how to design for impact and code clean, responsive HTML when needed. You should be comfortable working inside platforms like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, and Flodesk, and able to adapt quickly to each client’s tone, audience, and goals.

What You’ll Do:
– Design branded email templates for newsletters, automations, and promotions
– Build responsive emails using HTML or platform-native tools
– Collaborate with our strategist or copywriter for storytelling alignment
– Test and QA emails across devices/platforms before sending
– Create email flows and automations in Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or Flodesk
– Maintain organized files and design systems for each client

What We’re Looking For:
– 2–4+ years of experience designing and building marketing emails
– Solid understanding of email UX, CTAs, and conversion best practices
– Proficiency in HTML and familiarity with Mailchimp, Klaviyo, and Flodesk
– Experience designing for lifestyle, wellness, or e-commerce brands a plus
– Bonus: Motion design or light GIF animation skills
