Prosper is hiring an experienced Outbound Appointment Setter for its solar, home energy savings, and Prosper Shield programs. This is a full-time production role for a proven phone-sales professional—not an entry-level role and not a place to learn outbound calling from scratch.
You must already know how to take a warm homeowner lead, build immediate trust, ask smart qualifying questions, handle real objections, and set a high-quality appointment for a closer. We need someone who can step into a disciplined system and perform quickly with minimal handholding.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Call warm, opted-in homeowners during U.S. business hours, Monday through Friday
- Work inside our GoHighLevel power dialer and CRM using a proven process
- Run discovery, establish interest, qualify accurately, handle objections, and set appointments that show up ready for the closer
- Keep complete, clean notes, dispositions, and follow-up activity inside GoHighLevel
- Protect the customer experience and lead quality while maintaining reliable daily activity
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- At least 3 years of successful outbound appointment-setting, SDR, live-transfer, telemarketing, or phone-sales experience in U.S.-facing campaigns
- A track record of setting qualified appointments consistently—not merely making calls or taking inbound support tickets
- Strong experience with a CRM and power dialer; GoHighLevel experience is a major advantage
- Able to explain the campaigns you have worked, the audiences you called, your typical appointment volume, and how you protected appointment quality
- Clear, confident, easy-to-understand English; neutral or American accent strongly preferred
- Strong discovery, listening, objection-handling, and follow-up discipline
- Full-time availability aligned with U.S. business hours, 40 hours per week
- Reliable high-speed internet, professional headset, and quiet work environment
THIS IS NOT A BEGINNER ROLE

We provide the workflow, standards, and performance feedback; you bring the proven calling skill and professional judgment.
