Customer Success & Sales Specialist
Full-Time | PHP approx. 45,000/month + Commissions + Year-End Bonus

We’re looking for an experienced Customer Success & Sales Specialist to join our growing team at Open Door Garage. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers — helping them through every step of their buying journey with care, product expertise, and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer interactions via phone, email, and live chat

- Learn our product lineup and assist customers through their purchasing journey

- Provide pre-sale and post-sale support—recommendations, measurements, troubleshooting, returns

- Coordinate scheduling with third party installation providers

- Oversee order processing, shipping, and returns

- Document all interactions clearly and thoroughly

Requirements:
- Fluent English (written and spoken)

- Proven background in customer service, support, or sales

- Organized, process-oriented, and customer-centric mindset

- Able to multitask and manage multiple communication channels

Nice-to-Have (Not Required):
- Familiarity with Shopify, OpenPhone, Trello, HubSpot

- Experience in eCommerce or the residential garage solution industry

Position Highlights:
- Full-time remote role

- Working hours: Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 4 PM MST (corresponds to 10 PM – 6 AM PHT)

- Base salary: $800 USD + commission + 13th month pay (December bonus)

- Includes a 6-week trial period, full training, and SOPs
