YT Thumbnails Designer VA with MacBook ($4/hr, 20hrs/week + commissions, up to 40hrs later)

** OVERVIEW:

Our team is looking for a YT thumbnails Designer Virtual Assistant (starting at 20 hours per week, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time 40 hours/week role.)
with access to Macbook at least 1 year of experience working remotely to help us manage and grow our online communities. You’ll be responsible for creating, designing and reposting, our content for social media such as youtube, ---------- Facebook and more

Important: Please apply only if you have access to a MacBook and at least 10 high-quality YouTube thumbnails to showcase.

** WHAT YOU’LL DO:

- Create highly engaging & professional YouTube thumbnails for our channel (you get $1 bonus per each 1000 views under our videos)
Example: Our videos get 30,000 views per month, you get $30 bonus to your salary.
- Improve our current designs by creating better, and more engaging versions
- Basic video editing in Screen Studio (e.g. removing pauses and repetitions) — This software works only on Mac, that’s why a MacBook is required. We’ll provide the license, and it’s very easy to use.
- Designing Linkdein Posts
- Create Facebook page posts
- Making Infographics for our social media groups
- Uploading content on our social media

** REQUIREMENTS:

- Fluent spoken and written English
- Comfortable using Slack for team communication
- At least 1 year of experience as YT Thumbnails Designer
- Basic or advanced graphic design skills
- Available for at least 20 hours per week

PAY: $4.00/hour ($320/month)
