Virtual Assistant for YouTube Monetization Agency (Full-time, Long-Term)

???? About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and reliable Virtual Assistant to support the daily operations of our fast-growing YouTube Monetization Agency. You will play a central role in managing client communication, coordinating with our creative team, and helping us scale by keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

This is a long-term opportunity with room for growth. You’ll be working closely with the founder and team, and become a key part of the company.

???? Responsibilities:

1. Daily Client Support ( ---------- )
• Respond to daily client messages in a professional and friendly tone
• Keep clients calm and updated on their projects
• Use message templates or write clean responses independently
• Log all communications and client statuses

2. Internal Team Coordination
• Forward client issues or tasks to the appropriate editor, uploader, or designer
• Follow up to ensure tasks are completed on time
• Send updates back to clients once resolved

3. Channel Scouting & Research
• Search for monetized or nearly monetized YouTube channels on specific platforms
• Log channel info: niche, price, subscriber count, monetization status
• Flag good opportunities for review

4. Worker Update Calls & Follow-Ups
• Help schedule short calls with workers (10–30 minutes)
• Summarize the status of each client’s channel
• Send clear post-call updates and maintain relationship to clients about what they should know

5. Video Delivery & Payment Tracking
• Track if client videos are being delivered on time and posted by the team
• Remind clients of payments based on their schedule
• Keep internal records up to date

6. Team Sourcing & Onboarding
• Help find new editors or managers when needed
• Assist with onboarding, basic training, and keeping team documentation organized

? Requirements:
• Excellent written English and professional communication style
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Able to manage multiple conversations and tasks at once
• Comfortable with ---------- , Google Sheets, Notion, and project management tools
• Independent, reliable, and solution-focused
• Experience working with content creators or agencies is a plus

? Time Commitment:
• ~4 to 6 hours per day to start (Monday–Saturday)
• Flexible timing but must check in daily and be responsive

• Fixed monthly pay depending on experience
