Collector Finds is a premium online sneaker store offering rare and collectible sneakers to enthusiasts and collectors. We are growing and want to elevate our Shopify store to match the hype and culture of the sneaker community.

Position:
Shopify Web Designer & Product Manager (Sneakerhead Specialist)
Remote | Preferably Manila-based | Long-term opportunity

What We’re Looking For:
A Shopify expert who is also a true sneakerhead, able to:
- Redesign and optimize our Shopify website to a premium, high-converting standard
- Upload products independently, choosing what’s trending and likely to sell
- Keep the website fresh and visually compelling without requiring daily oversight
- keeps promises, meets deadlines, and works with full integrity

Responsibilities:
- Upload and update sneaker products with accurate info, tags, and sizing
- Redesign and improve our Shopify site (structure, layout, visual branding, UX)
- Customize Shopify themes when needed (no need for full development)
- Research sneaker trends and proactively select products to feature
- Suggest apps or improvements for site speed and conversion
- Manage the entire website: uploading new products, organizing collections, updating banners
- Ensure the website stays fresh, fast, and visually compelling
- Troubleshoot issues independently and proactively suggest improvements
- Implement and configure Shopify apps to enhance store functionality
- Keep the store mobile-optimized and fast-loading

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of Shopify design and management experience
- Good written English
- Must be interested in or familiar with sneaker culture (Nike, Jordan, NB, Yeezy, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of sneakers, brands, and current trends in the sneaker market
- Ability to work independently and make confident decisions
- Familiarity with Shopify apps and tools to automate and improve workflows
- Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, or similar) to help create product descriptions, brainstorm marketing ideas, and improve workflows.

Bonus: Graphic design or basic photo editing skills

Compensation:
Website Redesign: Fixed project rate to be quoted by you
Ongoing Work: Monthly base rate + performance commission per item sold
