Virtual Assistant - Lead generation, Email outreach, Admin support

We're looking for Virtual Assistant who is reliable, motivated, and works smart to join our fast-growing healthcare platform company based in Hong Kong that is revolutionising the way healthcare professionals connect with individuals in need of their services. (Home Care, Medical Staffing, Live-in caregivers from the Philippines in Hong Kong)

This is a work-from-home, part-time position that could potentially turn into full time if you demonstrate potential - fluent English spoken and written is a must.

1) Partnership Support
• Lead Generation: Research and compile lists of potential partners (individuals, organisations) using LinkedIn, industry directories, and other tools.
• Database Management: Keep the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Google Sheets) clean and up-to-date with accurate contact details, and next steps.
• Deck Creation & Updates: Assist in creating, formatting, and updating pitch decks, partnership proposals, and sales presentations (using Google Slides, Canva).
• Partnership Briefs: Prepare summaries or briefing docs for calls, including key details about the prospect.

2) Email Outreach & Sales Sequences
• Email Sequences: Develop and manage targeted email sequences for sales/partnership outreach (cold/warm leads)
• Outreach Execution: Draft, send, and track partnership emails
• Follow-Ups: Schedule and send systematic follow-ups to maximise response rates and log outcomes

3) Administrative Tasks
• Scheduling: Coordinate meetings/calls (via Calendly or Google Calendar) and send reminders.
• Light Operations: Assist with file organisation, SOP updates, or expense tracking as needed.

4) Optional/Additional Tasks (if skilled)
• Social Media Support: Draft partnership announcement posts or LinkedIn engagement templates.
• Metrics Tracking: Monitor email open/reply rates and suggest optimizations.


Requirements:
• Fluent in both English (written and spoken)
• Fast and reliable internet connection
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
