Job Title: Executive Virtual Assistant & Video Editor (Philippines-Based, Remote)
Location: Remote (Philippines only)
Hours: Part-Time, 20 hours/week (with view to Full-Time 40 hours/week)
Pay: $4–$6 USD/hour (based on experience and output quality)
About the Role:
We’re on the hunt for a sharp, highly organised Executive Virtual Assistant who also knows their way around high-end video editing. This isn’t just an admin job — this is a hybrid role for someone who thrives on structure, edits with flair, and keeps projects, content, and data organised like a pro.
You'll work closely with our CEO in a fast-paced online fitness and nutrition brand that serves women looking to build strength, confidence, and long-term results. You’ll help drive creative projects forward while handling the backend systems that keep everything moving.

Core Responsibilities:
? Project & Operations Support
Manage and track multiple tasks and projects using clear workflows (e.g. Asana, ClickUp, or G-Sheets)
Keep content calendars and task dashboards updated daily
Assist CEO with day-to-day admin including scheduling, file management, and basic reporting
???? High-End Video Editing
Edit fast-paced, on-brand content for Reels, TikToks, YouTube, and paid ads
Confident with editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro
Can apply subtitles, effects, music, B-roll, and transitions that match our tone
Organised with managing and storing footage, edits, and project versions
???? Content & Copy Support
Help update and repurpose existing content across platforms
Basic copywriting and editing skills for captions, descriptions, and
Assist with proofing and cleaning up educational content, templates, and PDFs
???? Data Management & Excel Sheets
Build, manage, and update Google Sheets and Excel docs for:
Client data tracking
Ad spend and budget management
Internal systems and SOPs
Must be able to use formulas and create clear, easy-to-follow tracking docs
Requirements (Non-Negotiables):
Excellent video editing skills – must provide samples of your work
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills – formulas, formatting, tracking
Clear written English – must be confident writing and proofreading
Highly organised – you’re across deadlines, details, and updates without chasing
Tech-savvy and confident using tools like Google Drive, Canva, and task managers
Bonus Points If You Have:
Some basic knowledge in fitness, health, or nutrition (especially women’s health)
Experience supporting a coach, creator, or content-based brand
An eye for design — enough to tweak visuals and layouts in Canva
A keen interest in growing into a long-term role with more leadership responsibility
