JOB OVERVIEW

Job Title: Executive Virtual Assistant & Video Editor (Philippines-Based, Remote)
Location: Remote (Philippines only)
Hours: Part-Time, 20 hours/week (with view to Full-Time 40 hours/week)
Pay: $4–$6 USD/hour (based on experience and output quality)

About the Role:
We’re on the hunt for a sharp, highly organised Executive Virtual Assistant who also knows their way around high-end video editing. This isn’t just an admin job — this is a hybrid role for someone who thrives on structure, edits with flair, and keeps projects, content, and data organised like a pro.

You'll work closely with our CEO in a fast-paced online fitness and nutrition brand that serves women looking to build strength, confidence, and long-term results. You’ll help drive creative projects forward while handling the backend systems that keep everything moving.

If you’re a confident communicator, a spreadsheet gun, and can bring a video to life — we want to hear from you.

Core Responsibilities:
? Project & Operations Support
Manage and track multiple tasks and projects using clear workflows (e.g. Asana, ClickUp, or G-Sheets)

Keep content calendars and task dashboards updated daily

Assist CEO with day-to-day admin including scheduling, file management, and basic reporting

???? High-End Video Editing
Edit fast-paced, on-brand content for Reels, TikToks, YouTube, and paid ads

Confident with editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro

Can apply subtitles, effects, music, B-roll, and transitions that match our tone

Organised with managing and storing footage, edits, and project versions

???? Content & Copy Support
Help update and repurpose existing content across platforms

Basic copywriting and editing skills for captions, descriptions, and emails

Assist with proofing and cleaning up educational content, templates, and PDFs

???? Data Management & Excel Sheets
Build, manage, and update Google Sheets and Excel docs for:

Client data tracking

Ad spend and budget management

Internal systems and SOPs

Must be able to use formulas and create clear, easy-to-follow tracking docs

Requirements (Non-Negotiables):
Excellent video editing skills – must provide samples of your work

Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills – formulas, formatting, tracking

Clear written English – must be confident writing and proofreading

Highly organised – you’re across deadlines, details, and updates without chasing

Tech-savvy and confident using tools like Google Drive, Canva, and task managers

Bonus Points If You Have:
Some basic knowledge in fitness, health, or nutrition (especially women’s health)

Experience supporting a coach, creator, or content-based brand

An eye for design — enough to tweak visuals and layouts in Canva

A keen interest in growing into a long-term role with more leadership responsibility

How to Apply:
To be considered, you must follow these instructions exactly:

Start your application with the word BANANA

Tell us your favourite Filipino dish (yes, we’re checking)

Attach your CV or resume

Include links to at least 2 edited video samples

Share one Excel or Google Sheet you've built (template/mockup is fine)

Perks of the Role:
Fully remote, flexible hours (need partial availability during AEST)

Work alongside a no-BS female founder who values clear communication

Fast-paced, fulfilling work where your ideas actually matter

Potential for growth into a more senior role if you're the right fit
