Social Media Manager - Content Creator Platform

We are seeking a skilled communicator who can engage with fans on a subscription-based platform in English. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, knowledge of engaging and building intimate rapport with customers, and ideally previous experience with the platform (or a similar one). You will also be responsible for managing accounts on social platforms such as Instagram, Reddit, TikTok, and Twitter.


Key Responsibilities:

Content Management: Upload pre-created content to socials such as Instagram, Reddit, TikTok, and Twitter with engaging, creative captions.

Community Engagement: Respond to messages and comments across all platforms to build relationships and guide followers to premium content.

Trend Analysis: Stay current with social media trends and compile inspiration documents featuring high-performing content strategies.

Fan Interaction: Engage authentically with community members on subscription platforms to promote premium content and services.

Relationship Building: Develop genuine connections with followers to maintain long-term engagement.

Strategy Development: Collaborate with our team to create new approaches for increasing customer engagement and sales.


Requirements:

Language: Excellent written and verbal communication skills (ENGLISH)
Independence: Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
Attention to Detail: Strong adherence to guidelines and company standards.
Platform Experience: Proven experience managing Instagram, Reddit, TikTok, and Twitter accounts.
