???? Part-Time Virtual Assistant Wanted – Kajabi Setup | Newsletters | Membership | Social Media + Ads

Hi there! I’m looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to help me build and run my online coaching business.

You’ll start by helping me create and organize a course in Kajabi, then assist with newsletters, membership setup, and possibly social media content + ads.

This is a part-time role (10-15 hrs/week) to start, with the potential to grow. Ideal for someone looking for long-term work with a heart-centered brand.

???? Initial Tasks (Priority on Kajabi):
    •    Set up my Kajabi course (upload content, create product, link to landing pages)
    •    Create and automate email sequences and newsletters
    •    Assist with membership setup inside Kajabi
    •    Help integrate opt-ins, lead magnets, and forms

???? Ongoing Tasks (Optional but Preferred):
    •    Design and schedule Instagram & Facebook posts
    •    Set up and manage Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns
    •    Track metrics and optimize engagement

? Requirements:
    •    Strong experience with Kajabi (product + email + membership tools)
    •    Comfortable with email marketing and automation
    •    Excellent English communication
    •    Organized, proactive, and able to follow instructions
    •    Creative with an eye for feminine/healing/wellness branding
    •    Bonus: Familiar with Canva or social media design tools
