customised raffle script

i need a raffle script done
where everyone pays $1 entry and any number will be generated as there ticket
limited tickets per pool prize
when the pool has reached it's maximum
purchasing tickets will need to be shut off so no more tickets can be bought
Pool Prize will alert all members
that it's ready to be drawn
will need to have a live video for presenter to draw the numbers!
will need buttons where they can share to social media with live raffle draws
winner can pick what they want on cash out , btc,tbc,or cash
