### Your Role: Operations Project Manager

This role exists for one reason: to anchor vision into execution.

You won't be guessing.
You'll take ideas, break them down, assign them, track them, and make sure they happen on time, every time.

### What You'll Actually Do:

- Translate strategy into task-based execution plans
- Track timelines, dependencies, and deadlines inside ClickUp
- Build and manage a library of SOPs, templates, prompt libraries
- Set up ClickUp automations to make repetitive work vanish
- Delegate tasks to email, creative, and analytics team
- Monitor task timeframes and ensure delivery windows are hit
- Report progress, blockers, and team capacity proactively
- Keep the founder grounded: "We're at max, what do we cut to add this?"

### You're Perfect For This If You:

- Think in checklists, not chaos
- Love ClickUp, timelines, and system flows
- Find joy in getting things out the door on time
- Don't need constant feedback, but know when to check in
- Are not afraid to say: "Here's the problem, and here's what I'm doing about it."
- Like routine and don't get bored easily
- Can build a process once and stick to it until there's proof it needs to change

- You make sure we finish what we start and don't start more than we can handle

- Slack: proactive team updates
- Google Docs: SOPs, templates, briefings
- Loom: async updates and walkthroughs
