We are a U.S.-based company looking for a highly skilled, reliable, and professional Virtual Assistant to help with appointment setting and customer follow-ups. You will be contacting customers, updating records in Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Call customers that are interested in water testing
Schedule the customer for a free in-home water test.
Use Salesforce CRM to document all activity accurately
Maintain a professional and courteous tone at all times
Work during U.S. business hours (graveyard shift PH time)
Requirements:
Excellent English speaking skills with clear, neutral, or minimal accent
Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus, but not mandatory
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
High-speed internet and a quiet, reliable home office setup
Willingness to be monitored during shifts and meet daily goals
