WooCommerce, WordPress & CJ Dropshipping Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated WooCommerce, WordPress & CJ Dropshipping Specialist to manage and optimize our e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with WooCommerce and WordPress, and a solid track record using CJ Dropshipping to source and add profitable products. This role also includes order tracking, customer support, and maintaining a high-performing online store.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Sourcing & Listing:
Research and identify trending and profitable products using CJ Dropshipping.

Import and accurately list products onto WooCommerce, writing compelling, SEO-friendly titles and descriptions.

Set competitive pricing and manage profit margins effectively.

Ensure high-quality product presentation with correct images, attributes, and tags.

Store & Website Management:
Oversee the WordPress and WooCommerce platform including plugin updates, theme customizations, and page maintenance.

Ensure website performance, speed, mobile responsiveness, and smooth user experience.

Monitor inventory levels and product availability through CJ Dropshipping integration.

Perform regular updates and troubleshoot technical issues on WordPress.

Order & Fulfillment Management:
Manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process via WooCommerce and CJ Dropshipping.

Track shipments, confirm deliveries, and resolve supplier issues or delays.

Keep customers informed with timely updates and accurate tracking information.

Customer Service & Support:
Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, or support systems promptly and professionally.

Resolve complaints, handle refunds/returns, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintain a high level of service that fosters positive customer reviews and repeat business.

Requirements:
Proven experience managing WooCommerce stores and working within the WordPress ecosystem.

Strong experience using CJ Dropshipping for sourcing and fulfillment.

Understanding of dropshipping business models, pricing strategies, and product research.

Proficient in WordPress site management including plugins, themes, and minor troubleshooting.

Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).

Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Experience in providing top-tier customer service in an e-commerce setting.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
Familiarity with other dropshipping tools like Oberlo, AliExpress, or DSers.

Basic HTML/CSS and image editing for product visuals.

Knowledge of on-page SEO and e-commerce marketing best practices.

Experience using tools like Elementor, WPBakery, or other WordPress page builders.

Background in running promotional campaigns or email marketing.
