Position Overview
We are seeking a talented Filipino Graphic Designer and Video Editor with expertise in cutting-edge AI editing tools to join our content creation team. This is a project-based flat rate position with a $300 monthly budget for our initial month, with potential for growth based on performance and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities
Video Production:

Create and edit short-form videos (15-60 seconds) for social media platforms
Produce long-form videos (5-15 minutes) for YouTube, websites, or educational content
Maintain consistent brand guidelines and visual identity across all content
Graphic Design:

Design custom graphics, flyers, thumbnails, and visual elements
Create engaging social media graphics and promotional materials
Develop brand-consistent visual assets
AI Tool Utilization:

HeyGen: Create AI-generated avatars, spokesperson videos, and multilingual content
ElevenLabs: Generate high-quality voiceovers and audio content using AI voice synthesis
Caption AI: Implement automated B-roll integration, scene detection, and intelligent editing workflows
Stay updated with new AI editing tools and implement them into workflows
Required Qualifications
Technical Skills:

Proven experience with AI editing tools (HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Caption AI)
Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve)
Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva Pro)
Understanding of social media video requirements and best practices
Experience:

Minimum 2+ years of video editing and graphic design experience

Realistic Monthly Output within Budget:

Option A: 40-50 short-form videos + 10-12 graphics = $300
Option B: 15-20 long-form videos = $300
Option C: Mixed package - 20 short-form videos + 5 graphics + 8 long-form videos = $300

Hiring Process
