Job Description
We are looking for a versatile and driven E-commerce Specialist who has experience managing and optimising product listings in Shopify, is creative in producing visual content, and meticulous in carrying out quality control and administrative tasks. You will work closely with our team, including our media buyers, to ensure that product pages and the entire customer journey perfectly match the personas of our target audience.

In addition, you will play an essential role in processing updates provided by our suppliers, such as price changes or updates to size charts, and ensure all related administrative processes run smoothly.

What You Will Do
Product Lister
Manage and optimise product listings in Shopify.

Add and update product information (titles, descriptions, prices, stock) and upload appealing product images.

Check existing listings for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.

Content Creator
Create visual content such as images and videos to support product pages and marketing efforts.

Work with tools like Canva and CapCut to design engaging visuals.

Collaborate with media buyers to ensure content aligns well with target audiences and the overall sales funnel.

Quality Control & Administration
Perform quality checks on product information, visuals, and listings to prevent errors.

Act as the link between our stores and suppliers to process changes, such as:

adjustments to size charts,

changes in product colours or variants,

implementing price changes from suppliers and ensuring these are accurately reflected in all financial sheets and systems.

Ensure that all administrative tasks related to product information, pricing, and inventory are carried out accurately and on time.

Identify and resolve inconsistencies or bottlenecks in product data, pricing, or processes.

What We Are Looking For
You speak and write fluent English and can communicate clearly.

Experience in dropshipping is required. If you do not have experience in dropshipping, please do not apply.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role (e.g. e-commerce, product management, operations).

Experience with Shopify is required.

Experience with ---------- is a plus, as our team actively works via ---------- .

Experience with Canva and/or CapCut for creating visual content is required.

Experience in creating collection videos or visual optimisations is a plus.

Basic knowledge of Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram Ads) is necessary.

You are organised, proactive, highly detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow.

You are flexible in your working hours, ready to work significant hours daily if needed, and committed to going the extra mile.

You are available to start immediately and participate in weekly team calls.
