Venture Analyst

Feld Ventures is hiring a Venture Analyst to support our investment and fund operations. We're looking for someone who is:

Fluent in venture capital – you understand fund structures, startup dynamics, and early-stage investing
A self-starter – you move fast, take ownership, and don’t wait to be told what to do
Sharp with financial models – you can build and interpret returns, cap tables, and portfolio scenarios

What You’ll Do
Build and manage LP-ready data rooms (Fund II + Fund I)

Own financial models (returns, construction, portco valuations)

Create investor-facing materials (decks, memos, updates)

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather, clean, and present critical data

Support diligence, reporting, and internal infrastructure

Must-Haves
Deep understanding of venture capital and startup funding dynamics

2–4 years of experience in VC, PE, banking, or startup finance

Strong modeling and presentation skills (Excel, Keynote, etc.)

Highly independent and resourceful – you’ll own your work from end to end

Excellent communicator and detail-oriented executor

This is not a “learn on the job” role — we’re looking for someone who already speaks the language of venture, can operate autonomously, and is ready to help build a best-in-class fund.
