STRSupercleaners is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. This is a remote, part-time position, perfect for individuals with strong phone call and conversational skills who are looking to contribute to a dynamic sales environment.
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing STRSupercleaners' services and identifying new business opportunities.
Engage in compelling conversations with decision-makers to understand their needs and qualify leads.
Schedule discovery calls and demonstrations for the sales team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position STRSupercleaners' offerings.
Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), or similar sales role.
Demonstrated ability to excel in phone-based sales and establish rapport quickly.
Exceptional conversational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in CRM software (Go High Level) is a plus.
Excellent internet access, including a backup option in case internet goes out
