We're looking for an enthusiastic, talented Social Media Outreach Assistant to join our creative team.
You will be responsible for finding, and contacting social media influencers and reviewers for product reviews.
Role Overview:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable virtual assistant to help us manage our product review programme. The role involves reaching out to potential reviewers and content creators on social media, explaining our process, and coordinating everything from agreements to payments.
They'll need to:
Contact and follow up with product reviewers on platforms like Instagram, TikTok,
Clearly explain our review process and terms (product purchase, feedback, and post-payment).
Manage communications, ensuring reviewers follow through on their commitments.
Send out simple agreements to confirm terms.
Track who has ordered, provided feedback, and is due payment.
Arrange payments only after conditions are met.
Manage Monday.com board to track and manage reviewers.
Key skills:
Great written English
Friendly but professional tone
Highly organised and able to manage multiple conversations at once
Basic spreadsheet or tracking tool use (Excel, Notion, etc.)
