Real Estate Skip Tracing VA (FSBO, Absentee, Tax Delinquent)

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented virtual assistant who specializes in real estate skip tracing and lead generation.
This is for U.S.-based real estate leads, such as:

FSBO (For Sale By Owner)

Absentee owners

Pre-foreclosures

Tax delinquent properties

You will work closely with our small team to support property research and provide clean, accurate lead lists.



Requirements:

Experience with U.S. real estate lead generation

Knowledge of skip tracing process

Familiarity with tools like BatchLeads, PropStream, REIRail, SkipGenie, or others

DNC scrubbing experience preferred

Good English communication skills

Strong attention to detail and formatting
