About Us:
Minister Tours is a company specializing in organizing and selling tours in Turkey. We are dedicated to providing our clients with an exceptional experience in multiple languages. We are currently seeking a UI/UX Designer to help us design a user-friendly, visually appealing website that enhances the overall customer experience.
Job Responsibilities:

UI/UX Design:
Design user-friendly, intuitive website layouts with a focus on enhancing user experience (UX).
Ensure the website is visually appealing, easy to navigate, and responsive on all devices (desktop, tablet, and mobile).
Collaborate with the web development team to ensure the design is technically feasible and aligns with the overall website goals.
Focus on creating a smooth user journey, improving usability, and driving conversions.
Ensure that the website maintains consistency in design elements and branding throughout.
Apply best practices in UI design principles to create interfaces that are both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional.
Conduct user testing and collect feedback to refine and improve the design.

Responsive Design & Mobile Optimization:
Ensure the website design is fully optimized for mobile devices.
Develop a responsive design that works seamlessly across all screen sizes.
Collaboration & Iteration:
Work closely with the web development team to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
Regularly iterate and update designs based on user feedback and analytics.

Requirements:
Strong experience in UI/UX design and website design.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
Experience creating responsive and mobile-optimized designs.
Knowledge of design principles such as user-centered design, color theory, and typography.
Ability to translate business requirements into user-friendly design solutions.
Strong understanding of user experience and creating seamless workflows.
Good knowledge of wireframing and prototyping.
English proficiency for effective communication with the team.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in designing websites for the travel and tourism industry.
Knowledge of website accessibility standards (WCAG).
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development principles.
Experience with user research, including surveys, testing, and feedback loops.
