Outbound Calling VA

Position Summary
We’re looking to bring on a personable and dedicated Cold Caller - Real Estate VA to support our remote sales operations. This full-time role involves contacting property owners, qualifying leads based on our criteria, and maintaining accurate data within our CRM system. If you’re fluent in English, confident on the phone, and thrive in a high-call-volume environment, this is a great opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a growing real estate company.

Primary Responsibilities
- Make 250–300 outbound calls each day through an automated dialer
- Follow our scripts to connect with homeowners and gather relevant details
- Identify potential sellers and enter their information into our CRM accurately
- Take clear, detailed notes after each call and keep records current
- Schedule callbacks or appointments and flag time-sensitive leads
- Work alongside the acquisitions team to communicate progress and lead status

What We’re Looking For
- Excellent spoken English with a professional, confident, and friendly tone
- Prior experience in cold calling, sales, or real estate lead outreach
- Ability to follow call scripts and actively listen to prospects
- Self-motivated and reliable in meeting daily call goals
- Familiarity with CRM tools, dialing systems, and digital workflows


Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with Podio, Zoho, or REsimpli
- Knowledge of auto-dialer systems like Mojo or CallTools
- Previous interaction with U.S. property owners or investors
- A quiet home office setup with dependable internet and a quality headset
- Receptive to coaching and committed to learning and growth
