I am seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to help build and manage the social media presence for my property business based in the UK. Having recently completed a development of 9 flats, I have hundreds of photos that need to be sorted and organized. Your support will be essential in creating an effective social media content calendar and writing engaging posts to showcase the property journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Review, sort, and organize hundreds of photos by timeframe and project stage
Develop a social media content calendar based on the sequence of events and milestones
Write compelling and clear social media post captions and content
Maintain an organized digital library of images and content for easy access
Work efficiently and maintain trustworthiness with sensitive business materials
Communicate regularly to ensure alignment and timely delivery
Ideal Candidate:
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Strong written English skills with the ability to craft engaging social media content
Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information professionally
Able to work at a good pace to meet deadlines within a month
