? Order Confirmation Agent
? Booking Agent
? Returns and Recovery Agent

Qualifications We're Looking For:

Experience: Previous experience in customer service, call centers, verification, or a related role requiring phone/text communication is preferred, but not essential. We value potential and a willingness to learn!

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino. Must be comfortable and clear when making phone calls.

Attention to Detail: Highly meticulous and accurate in verifying information and recording data.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: Competitive monthly salary of PHP 15,000 to 16,000, with guaranteed yearly increase!

Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses and incentives for hitting or exceeding targets. Your hard work pays off!

Benefits: Enjoy government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), 13th-month pay, and paid leave entitlements upon regularization.

Contract: Full-time employee status following a 6-month probationary period, with regularization based on a comprehensive performance review against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Work Setup:

Location: This is a fully remote position. Work from the comfort of your home!

Hours: Schedule will depend on business needs and may be subject to change

Equipment: Must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable personal device (laptop) for work.
