We’re looking for a sales floor general.
Someone who knows how to close, coach, lead, and grow a team from the front—not from behind a spreadsheet.
At Acquisition Ascension, we’re scaling fast.
And we need a Head of Sales who’s ready to step in, take charge, and run the full play—from dials to deals to daily leadership.
This is a hands-on role.
You’ll lead. You’ll train. You’ll sell.
And you’ll earn like someone who actually moves the needle.
What You’ll Own:
Daily oversight of both inbound and outbound cold callers
Reviewing call recordings and improving performance via feedback & coaching
Interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new sales reps
Running daily meetings, stand-ups, check-ins, and training sessions
Making ~50 dials/day yourself to lead by example
Optimizing scripts, rebuttals, and appointment-setting frameworks
Tracking KPIs for booking rates, show-ups, and closes
Reporting performance and building growth plans for the team

You’re the Right Fit If You:
Have experience leading or managing sales teams (cold calling especially)
Have personally closed deals—this is not a theorist role
Are excited to build systems, train reps, and get on calls yourself
Can coach low-performers into hitters
Thrive in performance environments—not corporate ones
Are organized, direct, and know how to hit deadlines + KPIs
Speak fluent, confident English with excellent communication skills

You expect to just delegate without doing
You need hand-holding, or crumble under pressure
