JOB OVERVIEW

Real Estate Virtual Assistant – Transaction, CRM and Marketing Support (FUB and MLS Experience Required)

Position: Part-Time (20-30 hours per week) with potential for full-time
Availability: Must have at least 2-3 hours of overlap with Eastern Time (New York)
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience with pay increases and bonuses based on performance

About the Role:
I am looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Real Estate Virtual Assistant with strong transaction coordination, CRM management, and marketing support skills. You will play a key role in helping manage daily operations, ensure smooth transactions, and maintain consistent client communication. The ideal candidate has experience with Follow Up Boss (FUB), is familiar with MLS platforms, and is comfortable assisting with social media and marketing tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage transaction coordination tasks from contract to close

Coordinate listings, schedule showings, and maintain deadlines

Update and manage client information in Follow Up Boss (FUB) CRM

Utilize MLS to pull property data and assist with listing coordination

Provide administrative support including email management, calendar organization, and document handling

Assist with social media management, content creation, and basic graphic design (Canva preferred)

Communicate with clients, agents, attorneys, and other parties as needed

Maintain attention to detail, organization, and proactive follow-up

Required Skills and Experience:

Minimum 1 year of real estate transaction coordination experience

Follow Up Boss (FUB) CRM experience required

Familiarity with MLS platforms and listing coordination

Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken

Social media management and basic design skills (Canva preferred)

Tech-savvy with strong organization and time management skills

Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented

Personable and professional in client communication

Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new tasks and systems

Ability to work independently and problem-solve
